Lane Trust

The Richard K. Lane and Ruth S. Lane Memorial Trust was created in 1970 under the Last Will and Testament of Richard K. Lane, but was not funded until 1990 with the death of his wife, Rush S. Lane. R.K. Lane, close personal friend of J.A. Chapman and John Rogers, was a longtime President of Public Service Company of Oklahoma. J P Morgan Chase is the corporate co-trustee and Sharon J. Bell is the individual co-trustee. The three beneficiaries are:
